Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement Between Client and Imtiaz Brandings

By engaging in business with Imtiaz Brandings, the client agrees to adhere to and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and Imtiaz Brandings.

2. Project Scope

The scope of the project, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in a separate project proposal or agreement. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Payment

Clients agree to pay Imtiaz Brandings according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Payments must be made promptly as per the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights, related to the project deliverables, will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment. Imtiaz Brandings retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback required for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions and additional costs.

6. Revisions and Alterations

The project proposal includes a specified number of revisions or alterations. Additional revisions or alterations beyond the agreed-upon number will be subject to additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information provided by the other party that is not generally known to the public. This includes project details, proprietary information, and trade secrets.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for any work completed up to the termination date.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Imtiaz Brandings offers refunds on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Imtiaz Brandings is unable to start the project within the agreed-upon timeframe.

• The client requests a refund before the commencement of the project.

• Imtiaz Brandings fails to meet the project requirements as outlined in the agreed-upon scope, and reasonable attempts to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful.

2. Refund Process

Clients requesting a refund must do so in writing, explaining the reason for the refund request. Imtiaz Brandings will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If a refund is approved, the agreed-upon amount will be refunded to the client within (7 working days) business days through the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as third-party expenses incurred during the project (e.g., stock photos, software licenses), are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount, if applicable.

By engaging Imtiaz Brandings for a project, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the refund policy.
